Jodi Lewis has been a rising community leader for over 15 years. Born and raised in Simi Valley, she grew up in Simi Valley schools where she found a passion to serve others. Jodi Lewis has worked as a change leader in project management acting as the driving force behind successfully guiding teams and projects through transformation. Jodi Lewis has raised her children in Simi Valley and spends her free time giving back to the Simi Valley Community.

Supporting Jodi Lewis for Simi Valley Unified School District - Area E

I'm seeking to serve on the school board because I believe every student in Simi Valley deserves to learn in an environment where they feel safe, supported, challenged, and seen. My community work, as a parent volunteer, Former Board Chair at the Samaritan Center, and Current President of Simi Valley Football Booster Club, has shown me how powerful it is when adults lead with integrity, model honesty, accountability, and compassion. I want to bring that same commitment to our schools.

My leadership has always centered on service. I’ve organized community events, supported teachers, and built programs that help young people grow with confidence. These experiences taught me the importance of transparent communication, responsible resource stewardship, and decisions grounded in what is best for students rather than politics or personal agendas.

I commit to strengthening partnerships between families, educators, and the district. Our teachers deserve meaningful support, our students deserve opportunities that match their diverse needs, and our community deserves a board that listens. I care deeply about safe campuses, academic excellence, and programs that reflect the whole student—from athletics and arts to mental health and career pathways.

Our children are watching how we show up. They deserve leaders who model honesty, accountability, and compassion. This is the kind of leadership I strive to bring to our district.
