Community Impact

For the last 15 years, Jodi Lewis has been a dedicated volunteer of Simi Valley - giving her time, energy and heart to the people who need it most. She served at the Samaritan Center of Simi Valley for over a decade, and as board chair for 3 years, where she helped build strong community relationships while guiding essential services for unhoused and vulnerable families in our community.

While serving at the Samaritan Center of Simi Valley, and volunteering with Simi Valley Football, she realized that her work needed to be fully committed to serving families in our community. Jodi Lewis is the current President of Simi Valley Football Booster Club, Inc., where she consistently serves and leads a 9-person board and 200 student-athletes across boys tackle and girls flag football. She maintains ongoing communication with school administration and district employees, coaches, and parents. Jodi volunteer's 500+ hours every year, showing up for the Simi Valley community, for our schools, and for our kids. Her leadership is hands-on, rooted in compassion, and built on years of work, organizing and advocating to strengthen the community she loves.

 

Her commitment is simple:
